At Mutiara The Label, we ship worldwide from our base in Bali, Indonesia.

Shipping Destinations

We offer:

  • Local shipping within Indonesia

  • Same-day delivery within Bali via GoSend (Gojek)

  • International shipping via DHL

Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners:

  • Domestic: JNE and GoSend by Gojek (for Bali orders)

  • International: DHL

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1 business day

  • Same-day delivery (Bali): Orders will be delivered between 8 AM – 6 PM via GoSend by Gojek

  • Indonesia (outside Bali): Standard JNE delivery times (typically 2–5 business days)

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination (DHL estimates 5–12 business days)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.

Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Mutiara The Label is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.

Local Pickup and Delivery (Bali)

  • Pickup is available at selected markets and events.

  • Local delivery within Bali is available via GoSend (Gojek).
