Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or Indonesian public holidays.

International Shipping (Outside Indonesia)

We currently offer standard international shipping only. Delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks for all countries outside Indonesia, including Europe, Australia, and the United States. All international orders are shipped via Pos Indonesia with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or inspections. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping (Within Indonesia)

Orders within Indonesia are shipped via JNE or J&T Express and typically arrive within 2–6 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please contact us at hi@mutiarathelabel.com before sending anything back so we can approve your return and provide return instructions.

International Returns (Outside Indonesia)

Returning items to Indonesia can be costly and slow. To make returns easier for our customers, we offer two options.

  1. Customers in Europe may return items to our EU return address. This is the fastest and most affordable option for European orders.
  2. You may return items directly to our Bali address. Shipping times may take 2–4 weeks, and all shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please label the shipment as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to help avoid customs charges.

Domestic Returns (Within Indonesia)

Customers within Indonesia may return items to our Bali address. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo or video. We will replace the item free of charge.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
